By using DesignDesk ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

DesignDesk is a web-based project management platform for interior designers. We provide tools for procurement tracking, scheduling, invoicing, mood boards, floor plans, and client management.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignDesk's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
